Venting and Contest... (PICTURES ADDED)

Before i start. The first part of this journal is going to be a rant about Eastate agents and nobs who cancel your house move.
If you don't want to read, scroll down and find the TL;DR!

So a brief background to this situation.
My mum and her boyfriend want to buy a bigger house, mainly coz there are 5 children between the 2 of them. So we put mum's and his houses on the market so we could get a 5 bed. (I'm moving back in due to it's cheaper for me XD)
They've been on the market since about April time.
In early July we found a 5 bed house. Lovely house. Make my house, that i thought was beautiful, look like a shithole... srsly! And barely days later, someone put an offer on my mums house.
WEHAY! All systems go! Then the move date was announced. 21st August!
WOW! Everythings going so well. Its almost perfect... wait....perfect?
As you may have guessed, you can never have perfection.

The guy buying my mothers house, since making an offer, has done a fuck load of useless tests. Asbestos, the boiler, insulation and finally radon gas.
Now the boiler was only serviced 2 years ago... but that wasn't good enough for this jackass.

The insulation had only been reput in about a year ago. I did it with my uncle. But noooo, that wasn't good enough.

Now, Radon gas is harzardous to health yes, BUT only in big thick doses. It's an after product of radium. So it's radioactive... slightly.
Thing is, it's also a natural gas. What i don't understand is how everyone on my street can be fine with a wee bit of radon in the air. But this ugly motherfucker is scared of it.

TBH, If i knew there were radioactive substances in the air the only thing i'd be upset about would be if i didn't get superpowers...

ANyway, Radon test: Not enough to be harmful to health. PASS!

And finally the asbestos.
HISTORY TIME! Asbestos used to be used in a lot of building and contruction work. There are different types of asbestos, and what we used in buildings  isn't harmful...y'know unless you put your face on it and inhale deeply.. or eat it.

If your house was built before 1984 you WILL have asbestos in the Artexing. (If you have those bobbley ceilings, that's artexing)
The whole house was asbestos tested.
Asbestos test: In all artexing of house. Unharmful. Suggestion: Plaster over and paint! PASS!

But that's not good enough for this cunt. He wants to rip the ceilings down and get the redone... not just that but he wants US to pay for it. He's demanding we drop £10,000 off the agreed price of the house. (Which is already £5,000 below the asking price)
Obviously we declined. We offered £3,000. That would be MORE then enough to replaster and paint.

He has pulled out. WITH 1 FUCKING WEEK TO GO! So now, my whole life is in boxes and i can barely find anything i want. I don't want to start any cosplay stuff, or continue any, because i don't know when i'll be uprooted.
Mum and her bf are FUCKED coz it heans we'll loose the deposit on our new house AND we've paid for solicitors to write up contracts for the house exchange.
Fuck loads of money, GONE!
So you know, i'm very very pissed off. Worst part is, because the house move was this weekend i spent more money duing the month and now i can't even go see Dan and June on their birthdays coz i'm too poor!!!! ¬_¬



TL;DR
Was supposed to move, guy buying our house is a cunt. I'm poor. It's a mini adventure.
